The idea behind e-Intake was born out of real-world frustration and firsthand experience and how it reached from "Idea to Innovation" and decided to go with going paperless, smart and digital intakes to both healthcare and legal industries.

Our founder, during visits to various healthcare providers and attorney offices, repeatedly noticed a recurring problem: front desk staff handing out clipboards loaded with paperwork. The same basic information was requested across multiple forms, leading to redundancy, wasted time, and a high risk of errors from illegible handwriting and cross-outs to missed fields. These inefficiencies not only slowed down the process but also led to claim rejections in complex personal injury (PI) and workers' compensation (WC) cases, where attorneys and healthcare providers had already invested significant time and effort.
